20th OCT 2010 - Red Hot Race for Real !!!
Racing for Real is fun ...oh and financially rewarding too!!!
In spite of the threatening looking weather in the afternoon the staging lanes were packed again and on the track the racing was as hot as ever!
Victor Tsatlogianis in his big block powered Monte Carlo went .001 in the reaction time competition and although he went home with $300 in his pocket he knew he was just one thousandth of a second away from pocketing over one thousand dollars!!!
David Muscat is no stranger to the reaction time competition on Wednesday nights and his .005 held on for second place and the $200 cash!
If the racing on track was hot the action on the Burnout Pad got even hotter with Kevin Mackie's V6 Toyota lighing up!
....Just as well the Fireys were concerned ...
... Coz Kevin certanily wasn't ... he was just happy he did a good skid!!!
Brent Smith uses a tunnel rammed Big Block Chev in his HG Ute to fry the rear hides ... this is a fine example of the quality of Burnout Cars emerging these days!
